A forestry mulcher, also known as a forest masticator or brush cutter, is a large machine that has a rotary drum equipped with steel chipper teeth or blades that shred the vegetation into a fine mulch. This mulch is then left on the ground to decompose leaving rich nutrients behind which will improve soil health.
